The last Thursday of each month we offer a wine pairing dinner. Each month we choose a region of Italy and then create a three course menu. We create dishes that are popular in that region and offer a complimentary wine tasting with wines also found in the said region.
We have reached the end of our list of Italian wine regions. We are taking a short break from these dinners for the summer. The wine pairings will start again in October.
